Maribelle Wedding Cakes
Maribelle Cakery specializes in gourmet Wedding Cakes. All of our cakes are baked fresh for your wedding and are not frozen. Unlike other bakeries, our buttercream frosting is made from scratch and our fillings are made using our own delicious recipes. Our Wedding Cakes are priced per serving and include all cake flavors and fillings and your choice of buttercream frosting decoration. Extras include, but are not limited to, all flowers, gum paste bows, rentals ( i.e. plates & columns, silver cake stands, fountains) or special designs.
Tucson’s Wedding Season
The busiest months in Tucson for weddings are March, April, May and October. If you are getting married in one of these months, we recommend that you reserve your wedding date with Maribelle as soon as possible to assure that we are available.

Fondant is a beautiful, smooth pastry overlay
that is rolled out by hand and molded over the buttercream frosting.
Maribelle's fondant is of the highest quality and has a sweet marshmallow
taste that is soft and easy to cut through. Fondant cakes have a
smooth elegant look that can not be acheived with buttercream frosting,

Maribelle Specialty Cakes
White Chocolate Cake
This is what we are famous for - a real crowd
pleaser! A light white cake complemented by the addition of Callebaut's
white chocolate. It is then filled with our rich and creamy mocha
fudge and red raspberry preserves.
Orange Butter Cake
Less is better with this yellow butter cake. This
super light and luscious cake melts in your mouth, with a hint of
orange zest and fresh strawberry cream cheese filling. Our most
popular selection for a brunch or outdoor wedding. Simplicity and
elegance... a tasteful choice!
Tiramisu
We begin with our delicate buttery genoise soaked
in hazelnut-coffee liqueur. We paint it with a rich chocolate
ganache
and fill it with a white chocolate mouse. Then it is sprinkled
with cocoa powder to create our unique tiramisu.
Chocolate Truffle Cake, "Maribelle's Signature
Groom's Cake"
This is sure to be a big hit at your reception
or rehearsal dinner! Our dark chocolate cake is filled with Bailey's
Irish Cream and chocolate truffle, then frosted with chocolate
truffle. We don't stop there! We garnish the top with chocolate
dipped strawberries
and
our famous colossal chocolate curls. A real show stopper!
Red Velvet Cake
Red. Red. Red! This chocolate cake is a deep red cake typical of the style found back East. This delicious chocolate cake is filled with fresh sliced strawberries and chocolate mousse and then finished with our homemade buttercream frosting. Absolutely stunning!
Wedding Date Holding Fee
Maribelle Cakery requires a non-refundable $50
holding fee to reserve your Wedding Date. All final charges and payments are due two weeks prior.
