This is what we are famous for - a real crowd pleaser! A light white cake complemented by the addition of Callebaut's white chocolate. It is then filled with our rich and creamy mocha fudge and red raspberry preserves.

Orange Butter Cake

Less is better with this yellow butter cake. This super light and luscious cake melts in your mouth, with a hint of orange zest and fresh strawberry cream cheese filling. Our most popular selection for a brunch or outdoor wedding. Simplicity and elegance... a tasteful choice!

Tiramisu

We begin with our delicate buttery genoise soaked in hazelnut-coffee liqueur. We paint it with a rich chocolate ganache and fill it with a white chocolate mouse. Then it is sprinkled with cocoa powder to create our unique tiramisu.

This classic milk chocolate cake is filled with our homemade coconut and pecan filling. It is then frosted in a delicious milk chocolate buttercream and trimmed with more coconut and pecans. Outstanding!

Red Velvet Cake

Red. Red. Red! This chocolate cake is a deep red cake typical of the style found back east. This delicious chocolate cake is filled with fresh sliced strawberries and white chocolate mousse and then finished with a cream cheese frosting and covered with beautiful red velvet crumbs.
